Can you please tell me which device you are using? If using a mobile data, can you check for the version you have right now?

I un-installed/re-installed it on my android 3 times and finally got it to work sporadically. On my laptop, it still isn't working. The play screen is foggy and frozen. Can go back. I just have close Facebook.
@QueenB @PummyRaj I confirm something is not right with the Android mobile version of the game today. The problem only appeared after installing today's update, that problem being the game/map now lags.
This is Android version 12.
I conclude the latest update has bugs. The team needs to fix it.
@Alienscar I recall you're an Android player, correct? Is your game working after today's update?
I got my android to work after uninstalling and re-installing a couple of times. It seems to be okay today.
My laptop wasn't working correctly, but I haven't got to check it today.
In case any other Android players stumble on this thread, I don't recommend uninstalling/reinstalling the app as that will delete all your stored boosters and stored lives.
Do not uninstall unless you have nothing to lose anyway.
If it's King error as I suspect, let them work on it and be patient.
