The game is designed to be a "bespoke" game adjusted to each individual player, so what events and prizes each player gets is carefully managed by computers/AI at King. They claim this is so that the game is more challenging and enjoyable for us. I believe however the main reason is to make the most profit for King.
It is as it is though, and we must accept this. It is what King have decided the game will be: We all play a different Candy Crush game.
