I can't successfully transfer my tool to my new phone, can you help？

Hello @MaxineWang0505 and welcome to the community! The boosters are stored on your device and will not transfer to another device. The gold balance and progress is stored at King's server, so when you download the game onto your new phone they will transfer.

The best thing to do is to use up those boosters on your old phone before you delete the data and send it for recycling. You could play an entire episode in one sitting for example, and use those boosters to make sure you win the gold prize, and the gold you win will get saved and then show up on the new phone. Or you could wait for Candy Royale to show up, with those boosters used wisely you'd probably win this event.

If you spent real money to buy those boosters you could also try contact Player Support and ask if they can send those boosters you purchased to your new phone, but they won't do this for any boosters won in the game or paid for with gold.
