I left the below messages and have received the same response twice through email.
No response in the email to my query about not receiving winning gold bars or the fact that I bought 12 hours (134 gold bars to play) that turned out to be pointless as I couldn't compete in episode races as the races were not showing on my game.
I thought I would get a proper response rather than a generic email that doesn't address my query. Thanks in advance to any replies

Not receiving gold bars on winning in episode race. No flag or race position is showing onscreen. I am playing on facebook if that helps
