I really liked being able to earn gold bars, but that features seems to be gone now.
Hi everybody,
We have some good news on the issue with Episode Race disappearing from your games and or not receiving your Gold Bars.
The team is working on getting it back as soon as possible and there is a fix that will be roll out to Android soon so please keep an eye out for any updates. Next week, we will release the fix to the other platforms.
This means that if you currently have game app version 1.290.0.1, you won't see Episode Race until you upgrade to version 1.290.1.2 which will be out next week to all platforms.
(If you are playing on Facebook, there is nothing you need to do, it will get updated in automatically next week).

We are aware that some of you might have not received your Gold Bars winnings from the Episode Race and this is currently being investigated.
We are also aware that some of you also have lost the Race and this is also being looked at.

on Candy Crush Saga android app. Just finished my 15 levels but no clue where I came if anywhere. Nothing came up at the end if it either so no rewards & definitely no gold bars 🤷♀️
The game has got so laggy as well & it's missing levels off my weekly race grrr

When I did a search here in the Community this morning, before my post, I found nothing. Ironically when I just searched again after your comments I found many articles related to this issue dating back to August. My guess is this will not be fixed anytime soon. Thanks and have a great day 😊

What happened to the episode race? I won an episode yesterday, but did not receive the prize. The tracking is gone too.
Where did my episode race go? There are no flags or sequence of winning…
That takes some time. With King it might be a long time!
There is a technical fault with my game, my win streak has vanished and I just won the episode race but there was no finishing banner and I did not receive the gold bars.
My device is connected, there are players on my map. I have reset my device and nothing. @King_admin
I just won the episode but the tracker on the screen disappeared. It was there last night but now is gone! I didn't get my gold bars either. I am now on level 17016
If it was reported to King from a moderater than why doesn't the moderater tell us all what was said!

If you check this thread there is a message from the Community Manager posted this morning to state King are aware and looking into it:
There have been many posts in Discussions and Support about this in the last week @Colleen Companion Welsh I believe King have been told, but who knows how long it will take for them to sort it. Or has it been done on purpose and they're changing that as well 🤔 I get my new levels today, not sure what will happen so don't know yet whether to play or leave it for a while.
My Episode Race has been disappearing for the last week now. Randomly it appears for one episode and disappears again for the next. Anyone else having issues with this event?

I am not so concerned about the gold bars… but having the episode race was like "dosing" my needs of Candy Crush. Yeah like saying "only 15 or 30 levels a day, no more"…

Same here. 3 races. I have an unbroken win streak of something like 140 something. Last 3 rounds, no race. No winnings. I think in these cases we should be compensated. This is nuts. That's a total of 120 gold bars I am down.
My game updated this morning and the episode race disappeared and still not returned also I log in and play every day the the login streak is stuck on 1227
My game updated this morning 5th November and then I lost the episode races aslo my daily streak is stuck at 1227 and I have not missed a day
The episode race disappeared after todays update. Playing on rhe king.com app .Seems as if they are taking everything slowly. As it seems they cannot fix the weekly contest after 3 weeks of trying and now you cannot win gold bars after 15 levels. Makes you want to delete the game as you cannot win anything anymore

Same here, I was on a streak, and 1st place and i didnt get any rewards. Starting a new episode and I dont see a race!!

I saw a complaint in Support area and same situation in my game as well!
Hi, that was my comment in support, I poted in the wrong place. In short I contacted King today and advised them that the Episode Race had gone missing after the update. They brushed me off and said there was nothing wrong on their end. Bottom line if you don't contact King directly and complain it won't be fixed.
