I have been trying to log in to the desktop application with Facebook for about a month, when I log in it stays at the login and never logs in, this error has not allowed me to recover the progress, I would appreciate a prompt solution to my problem

Thank you for your screenshot, I could understand the issue you are experiencing! This is not an issue on your side or on your device, but it is affecting some players for some reason! King team is aware about this issue and they are investigating it!
But, until then, all you can do is to log into the game through King account or use a mobile device or Facebook browser to play your game!
Even-though the computer screen is big and convenient for us to play, mobile devices have more features than Windows 10 and Facebook! Some lucky players have a chance to watch Ad videos which give extra boosters, and also extra moves at the end of the level! Mobile game Apps also have extra features like Sweet Cinema, etc.,

When sending the data, it does not proceed to the start of the session and the recovery of the data by Facebook, it only empties the password data and does nothing else

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
