Hello @Eli1308 and welcome to the community. The message you are getting is that you have lost connection to King's server, which is needed to play and make any purchases with either gold bars or real money. This happens to a lot of players and the fault lies with King, not your device or your internet. When you get this message close the game and reopen it and play an old level and check again if you have the connection needed. Make sure you play the latest update of the game and that your phone is updated as well.
