After an ad finishes I am thrown out of the game. Please Fix!!

Every time I watch ads for both boosters or lives the same thing happens. When the ad finishes I cannot collect the reward as the game closes and I am thrown out…

Please Fix it!! It's been at least 15 days of this glitch!!!

I would suggest you report the Ads that are freezing/crashing or causing any sort of issues. You can report the Ads directly from your game by following below steps⬇️

• Click on the Pink Cogwheel (Gear icon) located in the top right corner of game map screen;
• Click on the ? icon in the Settings window;
• In the Help Center, scroll down all the way to "Privacy & Terms" and click on it;
• The first option you see will be "Report an Ad";
• Click on it to open and follow the suggestions & instructions to report the Ad.
