Hello @nailchick and welcome to the community. If you see padlocks on some of the pre level boosters then this is part of how the game works and not an error in your game. Some levels will not allow the use of pre level boosters because it would either make the level too easy to pass or cause a glitch to break the level, that is why King sometimes lock them up for some levels.
