Thank you for the feedback. First, open Candy Crush Saga on your device. Then, tap on the 'Settings' icon, usually found in the lower-left corner of the screen. Next, choose 'Profile' and you'll see your current profile picture. Here, you can tap on the picture to change it.

Which device are you using to play the game?  Do you see a cartoonish avatar?

Did you make sure that you are logged into your game and have stable internet connection?  Can you post a screenshot of your game map?
