I've been having this same problem for about a month. Still hasn't been solved.

I have the same issue, just got the super bomb, managed to get a double and only cleared once, this game is messed up big time and by the looks of it many are fed up. I dont know who the developers pay to sort issues out but they need sacking as they obviulsy not doing their jobs!

@QueenB Whoever at the studio told you my issue with the game lagging (re. other thread) wasn't an issue clearly is inept. I can't believe so many reported bugs at the top of this forum section—and I bet all of them are related to the current season/tournament. I'm so looking forward to it being gone tomorrow!

and now I won a level, didn’t get credit for it (said I lost it) and therefore lost the faulty super color bomb and candy royale!! Ugggg

I earned my super color bomb yesterday afternoon and it only lasted for a few minutes instead of 24 hours.

I can't find candy crush saga in google play. I want to redeem some points. Anyone else having this problem?

Update: I update to 1.290.1.2 version and the SCB is working ok again
