Losing progress

My levels on weekly progress have been going backwards instead of forward at times. I sent screen shots to customer service and didn’t get a response other than they are working on it and sorry for your luck. Anyone else have this happen? I’m tired of using my boosters and gold bars to move forward then not get credit.

    Hi @meredith0614 Welcome to the Community 🤗 I haven't had it happen to me but there have been posts from others saying the same as you. What I will say is congratulations for getting a reply from Customer Services, maybe you could get back to them and ask if they will give you some boosters or gold bars for the inconvenience, it's worth a try. And if you stay in the Community and read other posts you may pick up a few tips, you may also be able to help others with their questions. Good luck with your game and if you have any further questions or need help with your game please ask and someone will try and help. If you ever want to reply to someones post click on the 'Reply' at the bottom of the post first then write your comment and post. That way the person you are replying to will be notified you have replied. Hope to hear from you again 😉
