Can't purchase anything.

I can't purchase gold bars on either OG candy crush, or soda saga. It's been happening for about 2 weeks now.

I've ....

uninstalled and reinstalled the games,

cleared all the caches and then un and re installed the games.

Cleared the caches for the games and all game services, uninstalled the game, restarted my phone, reinstalled the games.

Also, when i reinstalled the games all my itinerary of items went to 0.

I'm just about ready to give up entirely snd delete the games for good.

I am sorry to hear about the purchase issues you are experiencing in your games!

Can you please tell me which device you are using to play the game?

What is happening when you try to purchase items/Gold Bars? Do you see any error message or connection issues?

I am very sorry to hear that you have reinstalled your game(s) multiple times! When we delete the Apps, all our boosters and lives received from friends will also be deleted, as these are stored on our device local memory. Whereas the Gold Bars and game progress are stored on King servers - which are transferrable across all devices.

** If those lost boosters contain any purchased boosters, please contact King Player Support team and request for reimbursement.

Please reply back by typing below and provide the details I have asked for.

Please do not delete games.

Game not connected, or some other reason, you may face such problems. You can check out some troubleshooting below.

Please Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.

If you still aren't able to make any new purchase in the game, please contact Player Support from the game's Settings and Help Center so they can take a closer look at it. Remember to choose "Purchases & Gold Bars" as the subtopic
