I have tried on two devices, and the same thing happens.
iPhone 13 Mini with iOS 18.1
iPhone 8 with iOS 16.7.10
My game 11043 freezes as well when you win. Only way to move on is to go out and you lose your 20min of xtra time from using points to get them. I have tried different days and the same thing happens You can take pic or screenshot screen is frozen

The iPhone 8 has more than 100GB of available storage.

I have over 50GB of storage available on the main device, the iPhone 13 Mini.
I’m attaching the image.
On the other device, I’ll check when I get home, but I think it should have plenty of space since it only has the factory-installed apps, as I don’t use that phone. I installed the game there to test it.
Another detail is that the game is in Spanish, the same as the phone’s operating system, in case that matters.

I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game! I can understand your frustration, especially when you have a chance to win the level and/or the hardest blockers are being destroyed by the special candies🙃
Thank you for specifying that the freeze happens when you combine "special candies"!
Since this issue is occurring on both your devices, I don't think the hurdle is with the device! But, can you please check how much free space you have on the memory of both devices?

Hi . My can suddenly freeze to , usually I get free boosters if that happens , and no longer loose progress if that happens . Have you checked settings and updates ? Hope you figure it out, good luck 🤞 🤗

I have played this level several times and only received a few yellow candies when playing! I even used my coins to buy more turns (35) and I still had that many yellow left!
