My login account is through Facebook.
I have tried on two devices, and the same thing happens.
iPhone 13 Mini with iOS 18.1
iPhone 8 with iOS 16.7.10

Hi . My can suddenly freeze to , usually I get free boosters if that happens , and no longer loose progress if that happens . Have you checked settings and updates ? Hope you figure it out, good luck 🤞 🤗

Both devices have the latest version of the game.
• I have reinstalled the game. • I have closed all open apps on the phone. • I have restarted the phone.
What’s strange is that on the iPhone 8, where I have almost nothing installed, I proceeded to install it, and it does the same thing.

It’s just that the game has me frustrated 😩😩. Every time I have a special candy combination or just spent gold, the game freezes, and I lose my progress.

I use Google play to updates and have Android phone ,hope someone with iPhone can give you more help 🤞👑

I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game! I can understand your frustration, especially when you have a chance to win the level and/or the hardest blockers are being destroyed by the special candies🙃
Thank you for specifying that the freeze happens when you combine "special candies"!
Since this issue is occurring on both your devices, I don't think the hurdle is with the device! But, can you please check how much free space you have on the memory of both devices?

I have over 50GB of storage available on the main device, the iPhone 13 Mini.
I’m attaching the image.
On the other device, I’ll check when I get home, but I think it should have plenty of space since it only has the factory-installed apps, as I don’t use that phone. I installed the game there to test it.
Another detail is that the game is in Spanish, the same as the phone’s operating system, in case that matters.
