I am pretty sure that the player must have received their purchased items! Otherwise, they usually open multiple questions (losing money is not something anybody can ignore, right?)!
I'm sorry for answering a question Pummy, I'll be quiet from now on. You're probably right though that contacting King or the Google/Apple app store support isn't correct. What should he do instead?

I would message King directly using support form in the app. If you used an app store I would contact them next. Lastly I would post this in the 'support' section of this site to get the best assistance.

Hi everyone, The last couple of days I'm not able to watch any ads (for extra moves or lives) :( did this feature disappear? I already tried re-installing the app, but after connecting the app to fb again, I lost some cassettes and still no ads :(
why is it you’ve basically made it impossible to pass levels unless the player pays for extra moves??? This game has become a joke! I’ve played the level I’m on about 100 times and never came close to passing if??? Is this just a money grab at this point because it 100% feels that way!!!
