My win streak was 24 and I lost it because the race was gone. I went through 2 whole episodes and no race. I got half way through the 3rd episode and quit playing. The next day woke up and the race magically appeared but I had lost because I didn't know I was playing. This is not fair. What will you do to rectify this?

I am sorry to hear about the issue you have experienced with the Episode Race streak!
As soon as the Episode Race disappeared, I stopped playing the game! That's why, I did not experience this issue! I wonder how many players are experiencing this issue😕
I would suggest you to contact King Player Support team and find out what you should do, as it is not your fault that you lost the steak!
If you need help with sending complaint, please let me know the device you are using and I will be able to assist you with the steps to follow.
