I am on a special level between levels 14352 and 14356 and my Candy Crush has crashed totally. The screen is grey and will not let me click any option at all. I ha e tried this on both my Samsung and my iPhone and ha e the same issue. I have tried to reinstall the app and get the same issue. This is extra frustrating as I paid £4.49 for a times extra and I have lost over 24 hours of this so far. Please can you advise on how this can be resolved please. I have attached a screenshot.
@andynobleuk Just wait till tomorrow when the studio releases the latest app update that should hopefully fix the game. Then you can contact Player Support to get compensated for your paid purchase.
As I said in my message, the game has crashed, therefore I am unable to get to the Help Center. Please can you give me another option to fix the game.
On the bright side, at least you managed to open the game at all today.

So now I can't play on either mobile OR the Win app @QueenB.

I got the booster wheel spin jackpot today, and it looks like it's supposed to include everything that shows on the wheel. However, there was no 15 min unlimited UFO blaster (it showed it in the graphic showing you won the jackpot, but it was not in my boosters). Is this a known issue or just a one off glitch?
