lives have disappeared
i had roughly 136/200 lives ready to use, I log in tonight and it has changed and i now have 6, i take time to send my friends lives and build mine up for this to happen, not for the 1st time either, it changes the layout of lives quite a bit and I lose them all again everytime this happens, sick of it

Make sure you have a stable internet connection.
You can try these steps:
Log out/Close the app/Restart the device Turn it off for 5-10 minutes
Log in again
Also, if you have a King Facebook account, if you switch to logging out and in via Facebook or email, it may work.
