I have seen few complaints about this issue today!
Do you see the "Flag" icon in your game map? For some players, the Episode Race disappeared again this week and this could be the reason for you to not receive your reward!!
Do you remember seeing the pop-ups of Episode Race that you normally see — (1) The pop up that says that the race has started; (2) the pop-ups that show where you stand in the race; (3) and for you to claim your Gold Bars reward?
Which device are you using? Can you show me a screenshot of your game map?
