I am sorry to hear that the Ads were freezing in your game! I would request you to send a complaint to the King Player Support team by following below steps⬇️

• Click on the Pink Cogwheel (Gear icon) located in the top right corner of game map screen;
• Click on the ? icon in the Settings window;
• In the Help Center, scroll down all the way to "Privacy & Terms" and click on it;
• The first option you see will be "Report an Ad";
• Click on it to open and follow the suggestions & instructions to report the Ad.
