I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game!

There were complaints about the Episode Race missing from the game since this morning! Do you remember seeing the Flag icon in your map before you start playing the Episode Race?

Also, how about the regular pop-ups (1) when you win the first level of the episode; (2) your placement each time you won a level (3) final pop-up about collecting your prize? If you haven't seen any of these, it might be because the Episode Race was not active in the game!

I don't know how successful you will be! But, I would suggest you to send a complaint to the King Player Support team and report about your missing Gold bars by following these steps⬇️

• Click on the Pink Gear icon (Cogwheel) located in the top right corner of game map screen;
• Click on the ? icon in Settings window;
• Scroll down to "Events" and click on it;
• Look for Episode Race and click on it;
• Scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us";
• Fill the form and Submit your complaint.

You will be receiving an automated email as their first reply, which is a norm! Please send a reply through that email itself and include as many details as you can. A screen recording or screenshots would help better to build your case. If you do not hear from anybody within 48 hours, please send another reply through that automated email you have received.
