Hello @Joyce812 Welcome to the community. This is a community for players of Candy Crush and not a method to get in touch with King. As players we have no access to your game.
The idea of passwords in general is to ensure that no one else can access an account, so passwords always will be secret and only known by the person who set up the account. King, your bank, and anyone else who you have an account with, do not know your password either, but fortunately there is usually a way to reset a forgotten password.
In Candy Crush go into Settings (the little pink cogwheel at the top right of the map) and My Account, try the bottom option of "login with email" . You will see the screen below, and here I see there is a "forgot your password?" option to click on.
If this does not work, then ask Player Support to restore your game manually. Contact them via Settings: Click on the ? icon and then scroll through the options until you see "contact us" at the bottom.
