why are there no episodes race after the new update? is it just me or are there more ppl facing the same problem? is there a way it can be fixed?

It returned but losing my win streak knocking me back down to 25 per win instead of the 45, I have never lost an episode race that is what angers me the most

This is thoroughly bad news I am afraid. Over the past year there have been quite a few reports about this phenomenon in this community and I have been advised by the Moderators that this is an issue Player Support cannot fix so not even to bother sending players there. I'm not sure anyone who saw this glitch in their games ever got their normal episode race back, so if you do let us know.
If this now takes the fun out of playing, I can really recommend starting a new game from scratch. With your expertise you'd be back at the top of the game in no time with lots of gold and if you wipe the history from your device before downloading the app King would never know it's you.

Haha what a joke, this game is so ridiculous. They started the champion race and it was already finished, how is that possible? no chance to retain my win streak
Hi @Jerelyn71 Welcome to the Community 🤗 Just so you know, no one from King has been answering these posts. Everyone in the Community is a player like yourself and when players contact King Player Support for help, the first thing they do is tell them to come and ask the Community. All any of us can do here is try and help and maybe give a bit of advice. What you could do while you are waiting for the Race Flag to return is read other posts in Discussions and Support you may pick up a few tips and you may wish to join in and help others with their questions. Good luck with your game and if you have any questions or need help with your game please ask and someone will try and help. It would be nice if you stay in the Community and hope to hear from you again 😉
i resonate with you pal! my day doesn't feel complete till i play candy crush! but without the race and hassle it just doesn't feel serious or like anything! maybe should try touching some grass instead
they are trying to fix this coz some of the people have got their races back! i hope we get them back soon because completing the episode just doesn't feel right! like no motivation! you can just randomly play any level without any pressure and i don't like this lol
that's what I think! i have been spending quite a few years on cc so I don't mind spending money but this is just too much idk how to explain! let's just wait it out and see how the things goes! also some ppl are getting their races back so let's keep our fingers crossed 🤞🏻
Same here, in another post King responded don't complete any levels until it is fixed. But what m i supposed to do to calm my nerves in the meantime? Lol
My opinion is that this is deliberate to make you spend more money. This 'glitch' will probably never get fixed.

Hi @aksh1h you are certainly not alone with this problem. If you read other posts in Discussions and Support you will see how many others have bothered to report it. As far as I am aware it has been reported back to King, so hopefully they will take notice and try and fix it. But don't hold your breath nothing ever seems to get fixed as quick as we'd like 🤞
