No obtuve los lingotes!!

Desapareció el clasificador con los 5 participantes. Seguí jugando y ganando niveles hasta el final del 12755 en el cual se suponía llegué en primer lugar. No sólo no apareció la pantalla anunciando el logro sino que tampoco me fueron entregados los lingotes de oro de recompensa. Seguí jugandi y nada. Salí del juego y volví a entrar, pero tampoco apareció. Reinicié el teléfono, pero tampoco. Aún sigue sin aparecer y perdí mis 35 o 40 lingotes que ahora necesito!!!
DeDeben solucionar el problema y devolverme los lingotes!!!

I am sorry to hear that the Episode Race is missing from your game!
Looks like the glitch is back as many other players are complaining about it! I have reported this issue to our Community In-charge and they will be looking into it when they come back tomorrow.
About the Gold Bars you did not receive —> Since there were no pop-ups or no race, I am not sure how successful you will be! But, I would suggest you to send a complaint to the King Player Support team and report about your missing Episode Race as well as the Gold bars you did not receive!
** If you are playing the game on a computer - Facebook browser version, please use this link to send your complaint —> Contact us
** If you are using mobile device OR the App version on Windows 10/11, please follow below steps⬇️
- Click on the Pink Gear icon (Cogwheel) located in the top right corner of game map screen;
- Click on the ? icon in Settings window;
- Scroll down to "Events" and click on it;
- Look for Candy Royale and click on it;
- Scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us";
- Fill the form and Submit your complaint.
You will be receiving an automated email as their first reply, which is a norm! Please send a reply through that email itself and include as many details as you can. A screen recording or screenshots would help better to build your case. If you do not hear from anybody within 48 hours, please send another reply through that automated email you have received.
