Although I mentioned this problem months ago @QueenB @PummyRaj and was promised the Games Studio would investigate, I have had absolutely no feedback and of course nothing has been done.
The drop down banner is not only annoying and time wasting, but it completely blocks out all relevant information, including your moves left.
Also, the information on the banner is useless as anyone who has been playing for more than 5 minutes knows you get a golden crown for passing a level on your first attempt.
I believe, it is just another pathetic attempt to waste valuable player time.

I think It has been few weeks since we complained about that drop-down pop-up! It is always helps to send a reminder! Let's see if QueenB has any updates for us!
One thing I have noticed with that "gold crown" notification is - it appears when we are exactly halfway of the level! Let's say the level has 30 moves, that would appear at 15th or 16th move! Of course! This info doesn't help as this is another pop-up that consumes our play time🙃

Today when I went to play Level 17858 and my Candy Necklace had disappeared again? Then I tried to play Level 17859 which is no good. The 2 dragons do not work right. The second dragon does not drop? I have tried several times, several different ways, with boosters and some gold and think I am going to quit for the night. Needs fixing! Watched the players videos, needs fixing. Problem here @QueenB.
I ended up trying one more time and switching from my laptop to my PC. I passed it but it cost me. Not a fair level here. Watch out @Peter_Tornaros.

Really now Candy Crush! I just played Level 17866 and again a Gummi Dragon is refusing to drop. I used gold again. Either the level needs adjustment or I am missing something that is now required to drop the last Gummi Dragon? Anyway it is indeed a not fun level!
Watch out again @Peter_Tornaros! Does anyone else wish to comment here, I would like to hear what you have to say.

@Scooterpie I made a comment yesterday about this level but didn't post it here. Normally I don't comment on levels but this on I had to comment on. I played as usual without additional boosters. I played it 15 times and was always short 12 moves to complete no matter how I played it. At the end of the each game I only had 5 moves to get the dragon to drop. 5 Moves on each of the 15 boards. I finally bought 25 extra moves. It took about 12 extra moves to get the dragon to drop.
