I would never pay money, but when they pull their shenanigans I have to give them back some of their gold that I won from them to retain my win streak but now they're just taking the win streaks for no particular reason.

OK you've got me back in the level feedback. What a complete and utter disappointment @QueenB The first epidode was appalling, levels 17859 and 17866 were both reported weeks ago about the gummy dragons not dropping and nothing seems to have been done about it. Also level 17869 needs looking at. I haven't used as many boosters and gold bars in one episode as I had to use in this one.
And to top it off there was no Champions Race, so spend your gold but forget about getting any back. Is this a problem at the Studio @QueenB or is it intentional.
Certainly won't be starting the next episode yet need to go and de-stress myself.

@Carol-38 Thank you so much for the warning about the champions race. I got my episode race flag after the update and played all 45 levels today. I managed to beat the troll as well in the process, and made an overall gold profit thanks to getting my episode race for all three episodes. I hope you have yours as well now. The first episode is definitely the worst, the third I almost enjoyed. Level 17897 I actually did enjoy, the only one with the frog.
As for the impossible levels you and everyone else mention here, having played them I have come to the conclusion that King have declared war on the top players, thinking that we all cheat and they are trying to work the algorithms around this by having instructed their AI systems to create a couple of levels that will not be possible to pass, no matter what boosters we play, unless we either spend a LOT of gold bars or are willing to sacrifice our win streak plus pay 10 gold. The only way the AI could work this in was to delay the second dragon drop, a bit obvious and clumsy, but then that's what bots do, they carry out their instructions and do as they are told. This is deliberate! I am almost certain. It's not a glitch. This must be how they want to run this game now.
Their method of weeding out cheaters is terminally flawed of course: All they will achieve is to remove the last remaining honest players in a friendly fire kind of situation. Those who really know how to outtrick the algorithms will just be laughing at us all.

I was disappointed this time as I made 2 x purchases and it didn't work and then you run out of stages and it a painful wait for the next week to get 30 levels

It's all just brain draining @christinewupp not even thinking of starting the 2nd episode yet I need to get myself back in the mood. Can't say there's been an awful lot of fun lately, except Don't feed the Troll. Now that's gone for those at the top of the map I'll just plod along in my own way.

You are spot on. The Troll is their latest mundane attempt to feed their paranoia. @QueenB and all the other Managers/Moderators are rendered useless and totally ignored.
It is now a game aimed at newbies and their money. Old heads are just in the way and a nuisance to the quest for greed.
The Daily Treat Calendar is another example of the Games Studio's utter contempt for the player.

Hello. I just passed the 17866 level by purchasing additional moves. The second gum fell after purchasing additional moves. I think the glitch still persists.

Same happened to me. 17867. Before my first move the game was over: no possible moves. I had a win streak going over 1050 levels!! (That is months of playing time.) Of course, I am quite disappointed to see it go in such a way. Passed all those difficult levels to fail on such an easy level without having been able to make a single move.
As Peter points out this happens from time to time. This is quit annoying and uninspiring, and, I believe, could be easily addressed.
- It is caused by poor level design. In this level, there are only 6 candies all separated by swirls at the start. If you start with 2 color boosters, it might make the game unplayable. If you like to keep this design, you could black out the booster options for this level to prevent this scenario.
- Another option. As I have mentioned before, it might not be possible to prevent all such situations, but an easy fix would be to let you replay the level without losing your candy necklace or winning streak when the game fails before your first move. This shouldn’t be such a difficult software fix.
Well, with my streak gone, at least, I don’t have to use all my boosters anymore to keep my streak alive. So, there’s that …

You are spot on. @QueenB how could this level remain the same 3 months after I first raised this issue.
The Games Studio totally ignores the Community posts, virtually making this forum redundant, except for those wanting to participate in mundane puzzles, etc.
It is now a month since @Scooterpie, one of the Community's regulars and poster of memes, left the game utterly frustrated @kiara_wael @christinewupp

Utterly infuriating and unfair. This is indeed easy to fix and has been fixed for many other levels lower down the game, which also function in this manner. Yes, blocking out boosters is an option, so is having no win streak boosters on the initial board and then making them drop with one or two moves into the level, which I have also seen on some other levels.
King seem neither interested in feedback from players at the top of the map nor are they interested in whether we continue to play or drop out because of issue like this. @QueenB is not showing any interest in us either any more, quite frankly. Newbies get a reply and some help. Let's face it: We're all alone.
