Sorry to hear the issue is still there. This time, could you try clearing the app cache? Sometimes this can help with stuck features like the Weekly Contest.
Here’s how to do it on an Android device:
- Go to Settings on your device.
- Tap on Apps or Application Manager.
- Scroll down and select Candy Crush Saga.
- Tap Storage, then select Clear Cache.
After that, reopen the game and see if you’re able to claim the rewards.

Hmmm 🤔 Let’s check which version of the game app you have installed. Here’s how to find it on an Android device:
- Go to Settings on your device.
- Tap on Apps or Application Manager.
- Scroll down and select Candy Crush Saga.
- Once you’re on the app info page, look for the version number listed under the app name.
One more thing to try, sometimes the graphics can be a bit off-center, so could you try tapping around the "Claim" button instead of directly on it?
There’s a chance it might respond if you click slightly above, below, or to the side of the button.
