I am so sorry but there is absolutely nothing we can do if this sort of infinite looping happens. You will have to close the game and yes, then you will therefore lose your win streak. The only one possibility I can think of is if you happen to log in to the same account on a second device and pass this same level on the other device. Then close the broken game. You might then still have your win streak when you reopen the game, as the account will refresh progress from the other device where you passed the level. But really this will only work if you do play on two devices.
