Can't make any purchases... connection issues?

I'm unable to make any purchases from the shop. I get a connection issues error.  No internet problems on my end...

I have un-installed/reinstalled 3 times. My internet connection is perfect.  No issues with anything else related to my internet.  I have updated and restarted as well.
