Wow, this confirms what I have been saying for months with respect to the lack of player support from King Customer Care since Allstars 2024.

Well, that is surprising me @Colleen Companion Welsh I thought they'd been using bots for months and mascarading them as real people, but now Anna owns up to being a bot? (Why give it a name? A human female name, I'm not sure I like that)
There certainly is a place for using AI to deal with certain customer care and support issues, especially those that affect a lot of people. I'd rather deal with a competently written AI than an incompetent human. However from what I see at King so far, the AI bots aren't quite up to scratch. You need competent humans to programme them and I do not get the impression there are many competent programmers of any kind working at King.
