My Chocolate Box isn't working at all
Hello @gypsyladee55 If you are worried of losing your progress if you log out then please save your progress. This is easy to do. Go into Settings, which is the small pink cogwheel at the top of the map screen. Then click on "my account" and follow the instruction there to create an account. I would recommend a King email account as there are some problems with Facebook, but either way will save your game at King's server. I am not sure how playing via GooglePlay works, but surely it must be possible to create a King account. If you do have a King email account then whenever you log into the game anywhere you will retrieve your account and gold balance, though not the boosters which are linked to the device you were playing on.
I tried everything that was suggested and my Chocolate Box is still empty and not working. I do have a new King
account. I play the game on the Google app for my Samsung which us updated, not on Facebook. When I press the Start button the box just goes off the page!
Have you tried contacting Player Support? To do this go into Settings in the app then click on the ? icon and scroll through the options until you see "contact us" at the bottom.
Yes , I did that and they replied back with different suggestions to try and I did all of them. I sent them a screenshot , same as the one above. I guess you could say that it's stuck in the same mode or something . It's really frustrating when it's been that way for such a long time now!
I'm sorry you are stuck with your box like that. Other than the suggestions above I cannot offer any help I'm afraid, except read this thread I link below to at least know that you are not alone!

I play Candy Crush on my android phone using the app from Google Play. I'm worried about logging out , that it might cause me to lose my progress.
