Hello @sabnaj Welcome to the community! I hope you have some gold bars left because in order to pass these legendary levels gold bars are needed. I always advise to not spend any of the gold we are given by the game and that we earned in the episode races until we reach level 205, the first legendary level. These levels are fixed by King to make players fail again and again.
If you have no gold bars left to pay your way out of this level I suggest you watch the videos on YouTube, one of which I show at the bottom. Those are what we call "lucky" boards, where the game gives us chances to make lots of special candies like wrapped, striped candies and colour bombs. In order to pass legendary levels you have to wait for such a lucky board and then take advantage of every chance you get to create special candies and then try to make a combo with these. Try to make colour bomb+wrap combos or colour bomb+stripe combos or wrap/stripe combos in this level. If the game does not give you any such chance you will fail whatever you do. It's written into the level design.
Once you get past this level try to play starting boosters for the first attempt of any legendary level. The first attempt of these is often your best chance to pass. If you fail on your first attempt then do not waste any more starting boosters as you will be held up for a long time and starting boosters will not help you. You will have to wait for a lucky board or pay 10 gold bars to bypass such a level once the game offers you enough extra moves for 10 gold.
