Super charge bomb lost

It has happened to me several times while playing Candy Crush. I've earned my super charge bombs and suddenly the game says I've lost them. Last time I won a level with a crown, then stopped playing for a while and when I came back it said that I had lost it, the gold crown was even there, so how could've lost it if I had passed the level on my first attempt. And, as I said, it has happend many times, and it only lasts not more than 2 hours. How can I solve this issue?
