hi everyone,
My broken smartphone did not back up thé 11400 levels done and thé Facebook backup (on my New phone) take me back to 9000… how could i fix this problem ?

Thanks for your answer, Kiara :) ! Finally I managed to turn my faulty phone back on and resync my account with FB.

Try with disconnecting and reconnecting your King or Facebook account in the game
If the Levels still do not show up, please email Player Support so they can check up what has happened. You can email them directly from the game by going to the Settings, Help Center, choose a FAQ and you can find the 'Contact us' in the bottom of the page. You can also email them from here and tell your Game ID there.
