I have reached to a new reward but why is it unavailable to use all 8 lives? I can only play with 5 lives as normal. Is that the way is it or any error?
What about other people who bought Charms back in 2012-14? Note that those charms were yours to keep. You only had to pay once.
I am very hesitant to buy the Gold Pass, you know, because of the Charm of Life. Does the Gold Pass increase the maximum lives to eleven (11) with this precious charm? Please clarify it.
(Although the Gold Pass can help me complete the last missions in the Gold Chocolate Box (UFOs/Party Poppers), I don't like taking risks of losing Charms that have the same benefit.)

That sounds like an error to me. The gold Season Pass quite clearly offers a maximum of 8 lives. So if you don't play or don't lose a life for four hours I would expect you to have 8 lives. If you only have 5 lives after you have not played for more than 4 hours, then I would suggest you contact Player Support. They will not get back to you straight before the Season Pass runs out but this does need reporting and you should get some compensation from them such as a few boosters or maybe an hour free lives. To contact them go into settings (the small pink cogwheel on the top right of the map screen) then click on the ? symbol and scroll through the questions until you see "contact us" at the bottom. This way they automatically know who you are and they have a record of you purchasing the Season Pass, so they do owe you some compensation.
