Unable to make purchases
On my android candy crush saga I'm unable to make any purchases or even redeem my Google play points. It started a week ago and I get this error message. I've followed the steps and my account is secured, I've logged out and back in, tried different payment methods, un-installed and reinstalled, cleared cache and everything and not sure why I keep getting this error
