My gold transferred to the new phone but not my level

I switched to an iphone 16 pro max and tried to reload candy crash saga there. I have a user name the same as the email here, so I logged in on the new phone. Surprisingly I saw my level at #11 while on the old phone it was #13999. I can see the gold on the new phone, though. Can you help? It took quite a while to get to that level…
