Hello @Daniela2310 Welcome to the community!
It is the way Candy Crush is designed: Gold bars are the currency we use to buy boosters and pay for extra lives. Gold bars are for use only in the one account which earned them and cannot be transferred between accounts. This is written in the rules and will not be changed.
I don't know if this is actually going to happen @christinewupp but I received another survey about 3 weeks ago. I filled it all in then when I got to the end and it asked for age, household income and email I decided not to bother. And silly me didn't take screenshots, but then I'm not sure if I'm meant to be discussing it anyway, but here goes. They were listing things they are thinking of doing and asked, would you like to see these changes or would you rather we fix all the things that aren't working properly first. So they certainly know there are many things not working that need fixing. One suggestion was where players could send friends gold bars and boosters via the Hub. That was the one thing that stuck in my mind because my answer was, I need all my gold and boosters for my own game and yes I'd rather you fixed everything else before adding anything more. So guess we could be getting more changes, causing more problems and more posts of things going wrong. Did you get this survey as well @Alienscar and do you know if when we get these surveys we are meant to keep quiet about the contents. If I'm not meant to share I will delete what I have put so please don't anyone use the Reply option otherwise it will still be showing.
Hi @Carol-38 no I haven't seen this survey yet. Last one I saw was in September and that was all about Events and what I thought of them.
In all the surveys I have completed I don't remember seeing anything about not sharing them. In fact I don't even remember seeing any T&Cs at all.

That is so annoying to read. I have lost count of the number of ideas submitted by people asking to be able to share gold just to be told it isn't technically possibly. For them to suggest it themselves is just ridiculous and a real sign of how King can't be trusted to reliably inform us about anything.
It is similar to the test that some people have posted about involving making Fish from matching candy. This is another idea that a lot of people asked about, but the idea has always been rejected as they want their games to have their own characteristics. In fact all ideas about Fish are banned and yet here we are with King testing out another rejected idea.
For me it isn't about fixing what is broken, but about not breaking things that work fine.
By that I mean the way they break the levels by making them actually impossible by removing too many moves. That is, there is a level that has 24 hatchlings that fall off the board one by one. The player can't influence this so 24 moves is the minimum. King has changed this level to 23 thereby making the level physically impossible to complete. There are other examples like this as well and it just points to a lack of care (maybe even a lack of understanding) about their customers.
Thanks for the reply @Alienscar I seem to recall when doing their surveys that it says on completing this you agree not to pass anything on to others. Could be something else I'm thinking of. I will take more notice if I get another one and I'll take screenshots of everything from beginning to end, even if I'm not going to complete and send.
My feeling is they should be constantly checking their system for things that keep having problems before adding anything else. Examples, Episode Race, greyed out screens, not receiving rewards and of course what you said, leaving things alone that already work. It would also help if they took more notice of all the feedback given. Is it lack of care/understanding about their customers or is it more that those making the decisions don't actually play the game so don't really understand how all the faults and ridiculous levels affect players, paying and non paying. Oh well guess it's just another wait and see. Oh and just to add, I saw someone else mention they have just got a Sneaky Melon Duck 😳

I found that post very interesting @Carol-38 because if I am reading it correctly the poster was posting something we haven't seen before. In our games we were used to seeing the Duck appear as the first player in our Friends list. What this poster seems to be saying is that they were the Duck. That is they see the Duck when they clicked on their own profile.
Either way it just seems to indicate that King can't fix anything for good.
