Episode race help!!!
So I've noticed when I start a new episode race I immediately check the progress and it shows everyone else has already got to finish line literally 2 seconds after I start the race..how is this possible? How do I fix this? This last race i should have won 30 gold. I passed every level after one try and did it back to back and didn't get anything because it did what I said above. After immediately accepting the race it showed everyone finished. I feel like I'm being cheated out of winning. I spend money quite a bit to help get me through hard levels and I feel it's for nothing if I'm not receiving my rewards for passing through levels quickly. I do not know how to fix this. Please someone help?!

Sadly this kind of occurrence has been previously reported in this community and no one has yet found a fix for it. The usual advice is to make sure you play the latest update of the game. Force close the app, clear cache, reboot your phone etc, and if all else fails contact player support. However I was once told by one of the moderators here not to advise this as even Player Support cannot fix this particular problem. So I'm not really sure what to advise any more. The game gets updated all the time and perhaps King have fixed some of the episode race issues including this one.
