Why do I keep losing my features and events?

I have uninstalled candy crush on several occasions as I am experiencing the loss of many events and features, such as: the super bomb, I was given this and then with 6hrs to go it was removed with no warning, jelly streak this was removed 15hrs before completion and I was top of this competition, adverts, I was given this for 1 race only and then it was gone for the following races, I have never received Baker box when other friends I know that play this game receive this event, candy royal was every 4-5 days instead of daily especially the elite candy royals over the weekend. I am very unhappy and disappointed as I love playing this game but I do not want to keep having to uninstall it because of technical issues your side.

Hi @1inAmillionAngel Welcome to the Community 🤗 We are all players like yourself in the Community and we come here to discuss and help each other with our Candy Crush Saga games. This isn't a place that King come and take notice of what we say, or at least they wouldn't admit to it. Where are you playing from and what level are you on at the moment. The LAST thing I would ever say to anyone would be to uninstall the app, that removes all the boosters that are played so hard to get and you won't get them back again. There are and have been for years many things that go wrong and we are always discussing and moaning about them, but I think glitches will carry on happening. Not everyone gets the same features, I've had Bakers Box twice, but can't remember the last time I had it. I only ever get Candy Royale when I log in to send lives or when I've just started my last Episode and it requires more than the amount of levels I've got left. It is awful what has happened with your Super Bomb and Jelly Streak but even if you contact King Player Support I don't think there is much they can/will do. Please don't keep uninstalling your game. Try changing your tactics and log in daily to send lives, get boosters from the Daily Treat Machine, Sweet Cinema and play the Chocolate Box, Seasons Pass and Don't feed the Troll with older levels to get whatever you can.
