I had connection problems, I can't buy or use the gold. I already cleaned the cooks and updated the phone's Android and the problem persists

    Sorry to hear the connection issue is still bothering you. Since you’ve already cleared the cache and updated Android, let’s try a few more steps:

    1. Check your internet connection: Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data to see if one works better.
    2. Log out and log back in to your game account (King or Facebook).
    3. Restart your device to refresh the system.
    4. Clear the app data once again: Go to Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Saga > Storage > Clear Data (this won’t affect your progress if your game is saved to a King or Facebook account).
