Hi @squaregg Welcome to the Community 🤗 There have been so many posts recently the same as yours. I take it you emailed King Player Support and got an automated response telling you to join and ask the Community. There is obviously a fault with the King system and all you can do is email them and ask them to check your game to see what the problem is. When you get the automated reply just reply back to that, you have to be persistent as I'm sure they get flooded with emails of things going wrong. I'm sorry you uninstalled your game that is the LAST thing I would ever suggest being as all the hard played for boosters get lost and you won't get them back again. Would be nice to know how you get on. We are all players like yourself and now you have joined the Community please read other posts you may pick up a few tips and you may also like to join in. y'know…It's harmless enough that King has a malfunctioning game. Like, lolol look at the billion-dollar company that can't even get a simple game right.
But when there's millions of customers and a couple million wasting their money on it, some Kingster needs to come forward with at least a means of compensating players for what is essentially King error. A public announcement. Something.
