I’ve lost all my boosters and events are not appearing
Level 1
when I went to play the new levels, all the events were missing and replaced with ‘coming soon’ but events such as daily bonus and batula were all gone. I also noticed that all my boosters are gone now 😢. I have not changed devices and have tried all troubleshooting but no help. I would really appreciate any help on how I can get my boosters back as I had saved up a lot!! Any help is greatly appreciated!

Regarding the missing events, did you check for the latest game and device updates? Since I do not know wat kind of troubleshooting you have done, please check and do the following steps:
Restart: Force close all open apps and restart your device. Leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds, then turn it on again.
Updates: Make sure you have the latest game and device updates
Memory: Do you have sufficient memory on your device? King recommends having at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly.
Connection: Try to connect to a WiFi connection instead of using cellular data
Clear Cache: in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not data❗️)
————— in iOS: go to settings - tap on Safari - tap on Clear history and website data
