Candy Crush Saga not connecting to internet

Not able to play Candy Crush Saga because it states offline but wifi is working and my profile has that sneaky melon duck. Does anyone know how to fix these issues.

Please Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.

This is on a laptop. it has me already logged out, and unable to log in because of the internet is offline. Internet is not offline, rebooted laptop, turned wifi off and back on, tried all the steps above, no luck. This has that Sneaky Melon Duck as my profile and that is not correct. Deleted app and reinstall still no luck .
