Upgraded the Season Pass but it's not given me any access - (Edited by CM: Fixed - Update game)!

To help resolve this, please reach out to our Player Support team directly from the game app so they can look into your purchase and assist with a refund or compensation.

Here's how:

Open the Candy Crush Saga app.
Go to Settings (gear icon).
Tap the ? (Help Center).
Select Purchases and Gold Bars, and scroll down to tap Contact Us.
Provide details of the issue, like the date of your purchase and what items are missing.

This way, our support team can identify your account and provide assistance faster.

My apologies for not providing the right steps 😔

Instead, select My Purchases > I did not receive a purchase on my Android/Apple device

Then scroll all the way down to the page and select Contact Us.

You will get an automated response so please reply back to the email and you will get support 🙂
