Hi @sammaximusdan81 Welcome to the Community 🤗 Unfortunately that is something that keeps happening to many. I had it happen to me some time ago, fortunately some in my friends list are also in the Community so I was able to discuss with them. I was being sent lives but they just weren't coming through. Now King either don't class it as a problem or it isn't something they are taking seriously. Mine did put itself right after a time and everything is working now. Do you request lives and if so are they coming through. You can either wait a few days and see if it fixes itself or you can email King Player Support and ask them to send to the team that deals and check your game. If you do email King Player Support you will get an automated reply back telling you to join and ask the Community. You will need to reply back to that automated reply explaining the problem again. It isn't an easy process though as they get so many emails, but if you aren't getting lives being sent to you it's the only thing you can do. Good luck and it would be nice to know how you get on 😉
