Candy Crush not loading on my Surface Device

I've played on this device for several years so am familiar with it. The past few days, it just spins when i try to load it. Yesterday it loaded eventually. Today it won't load at all. I click on Candy Crush and all I get is a blank screen. I have rebooted several times and all updates have been done. HELP!

Hi @mbb4917 this has been posted about by many others recently. There is obviously a problem with the King server. Have you emailed King Player Support yet to ask them to check what is wrong with your game. Others have also said they followed Google advice and uninstalled and reinstalled their games which still didn't work. It's a shame they even tried that as all that does, and I'm sure you already know, is to delete all the hard played for boosters which never get returned. So if you haven't already emailed King Player Support give it a go but remember you will get an automated reply back first which you need to reply to again explaining the problem again. Good luck with whatever you decide to do, just DON'T uninstall. Would be nice to know how you get on 🤞
