How many players reach level 7034 with candy crush saga?

That is something nobody here can answer. A lot of players who reached level 7034 years ago have long given up playing. Do you still count those or just those players still active in the game? Either way, we're talking millions, but as for a percentage….. why would you even want to know that? Do you want to know the percentage of players currently precisely at level 7034, as opposed to any other level in CandyCrush? Or anyone who has reached level 7034 and beyond? Either way the percentage changes on a weekly basis: As more players drop out at the top and more new players join every week the percentage will change accordingly. The more new players join, the smaller the percentage of players currently at any higher level or beyond will be. If there were no new players joining, then the percentage of players in the higher ranges will be higher. So the percentage depends more on how many new players have joined the game and started playing in recent months than any other factor.
