Wanneer ik met 10 goudstaafjes meer zetten koop, gebruik ik soms maar heel weinig zetten. Dus ik koop bv 75 extra zetten, maar heb er uiteindelijk maar 10 nodig om het spel af te maken. De rest van de extra zetten gaan dan verloren. Ik vind dat eigenlijk niet netjes. Ik koop 75 en dan wil ik de rest, wat overblijft, graag behouden. Ik heb er immers voor 'betaald'.

Kan dat aangepast worden?

You are missing the point of how this game is designed and functions @kaatje62 . The game will either allow us to pass impossible (often legendary) levels by using boosters or by paying 10 gold bars. We either pay the ten gold bars on our first attempt so that we can keep our win streak with all its benefits or we pay the 10 gold bars at a later attempts, whenever we are confident that the game is offering us enough moves to pass for the payment of 10 gold bars. The only difference between paying for 25 or paying for 255 extra moves with 10 gold is time and lives lost. If we have 20 lives from friends and don't mind wasting half an hour of our lives then we might as well replay the level 20 times for 100 or more extra moves. It is all much of a muchness, as we English would say: We pay to pass the level, not for any specific number of extra moves.
